Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Competitive Intelligence & Insights to join our GWAM Asia team. As a key member of our strategy team, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights to support the development and execution of our strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the AVP Competitive Intelligence & Insights to provide Asia-specific competitive intelligence to form a holistic view of our GWAM market and competitor landscape.
- Provide key Asia market and competitor insights to support the development and execution of our strategy.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret GWAM Asia market and competitor data to provide actionable insights.
- Proactively seek out and monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Connect industry and competitor intel to Manulife's internal capabilities and strategies to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and present cyclical competitive intelligence reports and findings to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of competitive intelligence experience in financial services, with deep knowledge and experience in the Asia GWAM business.
- Professional designation (MBA, CPA, CFA) an asset.
- Result-oriented with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritize across multiple initiatives, drive accountability, and develop creative solutions.
