Brand Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Manager to join our team at Beiersdorf AG. As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand growth and profitability in the CEWA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth
- Lead the development of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and creative agencies to ensure alignment and effective execution
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies
- Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum ROI
- Proven experience in brand marketing, preferably in the derma care industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership
