Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Levista Salon Corp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the nail salon, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Supervise and train nail technicians to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
  • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Manage staff schedules, time-off requests, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a nail salon or related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Ability to work in a salon setting with exposure to chemicals and equipment.
  • Occasional lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
