Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Create a positive and memorable experience for our customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling you to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to our visual standards and ensuring a cohesive brand image.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and programs, and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in specialty retail or a retail environment is preferred, but not required.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store.
- Customer Focus: Show a demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional customer experience.
- Physical Demands: Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
- Schedule: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings (if required for the role).
- Language: Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages are an asset.
