Junior Analyst for Documenting Operational Interfaces
Our esteemed client in the public sector is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to focus on defining and documenting the interfaces between manual processes and automated operations within various application subsystems, as well as with external systems and between both new and existing systems.


This role is essential for the provision of IT Business, Innovation, Transformation, Project Management, Human Resources, and Instructional/Training resources. These resources will support the functional development, maintenance, and production support for legacy systems, along with any new systems that may be developed in the future.


Key Responsibilities:
a. Conducting User Acceptance Testing;
b. Offering Tier 2 help desk support for functional and business inquiries from users;
c. Developing and documenting statements of requirements for evaluated alternatives;
d. Performing business analyses of functional requirements to determine information, procedures, and decision flows;
e. Establishing acceptance test criteria in collaboration with the client;
f. Defining and documenting interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems;
