Position Overview

As a Tile Installation Assistant at MODENA TILING INC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our tile setting operations. This position involves various tasks that contribute to the successful completion of tiling projects.

Education Requirements
  • No formal education, degree, or certification is required.
Work Environment

The work environment can be described as:

  • Dusty conditions typical of construction sites.
  • Various locations depending on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, and barricades.
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Leveling earth to meet fine grade specifications.
  • Cleaning and organizing salvaged materials.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Addressing chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Removing rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Assisting in the operation of machinery and equipment used in construction.
Work Conditions and Physical Demands

This role requires:

  • A fast-paced work environment.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to handle demanding tasks.
  • Working under tight deadlines.
  • Capability to manage heavy loads.
Experience Requirements

While experience is considered an asset, it is not mandatory. This position is:
