Job Summary

The IT Service Center Technician is a key member of our team, responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Maintain and update IT equipment, software, and documentation
• Participate in the development and implementation of IT projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Completed vocational diploma (DEP) or college diploma (AEC) in IT support
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management software
• Proficiency in Windows and M365 environments
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
