Food Service Supervisor

At Alberta Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food meets our quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and minimizing overtime.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
