About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hero Certified Burgers. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our customers.
    • Train and develop our staff members, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
    • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
    • Manage our inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet the demands of our customers.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physical activity. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
