About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Arvato Systems North America Inc. as an Information Systems Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions, providing advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, developing and implementing policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Perform usability testing, operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • JavaOS, Internet, Word processing software, HTML editing software, XML, Java, SQL, and Python skills are required.
  • Experience in information technology (IT) service delivery, development, and security and safety is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative, judgement, and organizational skills are required.
