Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the allocation of drivers and ensure precise routing instructions are provided.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Excel in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
  • Occasionally operate our On-Demand transit vehicles in the Niagara area as needed.
  • Offer real-time assistance to drivers and manage the RideCo software for on-demand services.
  • Engage with clients and drivers to ensure all shifts are adequately filled.

Available Shifts:

Monday to Thursday 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Monday to Thursday 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Friday & Saturday 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Friday & Saturday 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Qualifications

Your Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • Ability to manage the Emergency Response Plan in case of serious incidents.
  • Proficient in using radio communication to interact effectively with drivers on the road.
  • Capable of monitoring and ensuring all routes and drivers are punctual.
  • Skilled in generating various reports as directed by the Dispatch Supervisor.
  • Professional and courteous in handling phone, fax, and email communications.
  • Must provide a clean Criminal Record Search.
  • Strong time management and stress management abilities.
  • Reliable with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other computer software.
  • Experience with RideCo or similar cloud-based on-demand transit software is advantageous.
  • Understanding of the transportation sector, particularly in an on-demand context, is beneficial.
  • Able to multitask efficiently.
  • Possess a valid full G Ontario driver's license and a clean driving record.
