About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Ramada Ponoka. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
  • Stocking and Supply Management: Stock linen closet and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by following all health and safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, organization, reliability, honesty, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Team Member at Ramada Ponoka, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
