Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at NMRA Consultants Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning, market analysis, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Planning and Control: Develop and implement budget plans to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and maintain policies and procedures to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and motivate staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of data to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports to senior management.
  • Senior Management: Provide advice and guidance to senior management on business matters.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Project Management: Direct committees and working groups on projects and programs.
  • Communication Strategies: Plan and implement communication strategies to engage with stakeholders.
  • Supervision: Supervise professional staff, program leaders, and instructors.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience or equivalent.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and team player.
Work Environment:
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
