Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to prevent quality issues.

Prepare Reports and Budgets

Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics, and prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure that our restaurant is operating efficiently and effectively.

Address Customer Complaints

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve issues and prevent future problems.

Maintain Records and Reports

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare reports as required.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.

Work Setting

Restaurant environment, with a fast-paced and dynamic work setting.

Transportation

Own transportation or access to public transportation.
