Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JDKL Enterprises Ltd. as a key member of our culinary operations.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Direct and supervise a team of 11-15 food service staff, including food service counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen and food service helpers.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Operations Management
- Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure smooth food service operations.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations and staff performance.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability
- Efficient interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work as a team player.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The position requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.

Work TermThis is a permanent position.
Hours of WorkThe successful candidate will work 32 hours per week.
