Job Title: Delivery Driver/Helper

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver/Helper to join our team at Sleep Country Canada/Dormez-vous?

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering our products to customers' homes in a professional and friendly manner. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver products to customers' homes in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, approachable, and responsive to customer needs
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations team to ensure seamless delivery operations
  • Safely operate our automatic 5-ton trucks and handle and assemble products as required
  • Complete required paperwork for each delivery
Qualifications and Experience:
  • High school diploma
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Physical ability to lift and move large items up to 88lbs (40kg)
  • Ability to work a flexible shift which may include evenings and weekends
  • Experience operating a 5-ton vehicle or larger is considered an asset
  • Bilingual English and French is required (verbal and written communication skills)
