Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Specialist to analyze a broad array of client and market data to glean valuable insights. The ideal candidate will have mathematical and statistical expertise, along with natural curiosity and a creative mind.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct external benchmarking and research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
  • Develop and implement data models to represent complex datasets and business processes, facilitating data analysis, visualization, and decision-making.
  • Present research findings to senior management in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization techniques to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Work closely with various teams to identify research needs and opportunities that support strategic objectives.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion of data projects.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in data science, statistics, economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a data scientist or data analyst.
  • Experience in data mining and statistical analysis.
  • Understanding of machine-learning and operations research.
  • Knowledge of R, SQL, and Python, with familiarity in programming languages like SAS, Java/Python, or C++.
  • Experience using business intelligence tools and data frameworks.
  • Strong quantitative skills, including statistics and algebra.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Advanced experience in pattern recognition and predictive modeling.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
