Executive Housekeeping Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Easton's Group of Hotels. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping department, including scheduling and supervising staff to ensure proper coverage.
- Monitor performance and recommend disciplinary or staffing actions as needed, in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure all staff are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties effectively.
- Schedule regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Communicate with the Guest Services Department to ensure clean and available rooms are allocated to guests.
- Respond to guest complaints and special requests, and take corrective action to achieve guest satisfaction.
- Assist in controlling expenses and minimizing waste in the housekeeping department.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to review daily activities and ensure staff are aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
- At least one year of leadership experience in a housekeeping department.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with guests effectively.
