Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough analysis and clinical reasoning.
- Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic to ensure seamless care.
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
