About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cannabis Dispensary Budtender to join our team at IMAGINE Cannabis. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist store manager in achieving daily sales targets and store objectives
  • Oversee all cash functions, including opening and closing procedures
  • Monitor and encourage team members to meet service standards
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns and escalations
  • Train new team members and promote a positive work environment
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and educate them on responsible cannabis use
  • Provide accurate product information and convert customer needs into sales
  • Cultivate and retain a loyal customer base through exceptional customer service
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Pre-employment Criminal Record Check
  • CannSell or Selling it Right Standard Certificate
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role with sales and customer service experience in retail or hospitality
  • Ability to diplomatically and professionally interact with customers
