Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cannabis Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist store manager in achieving daily sales objectives
  • Oversee all cash functions, including opening and closing procedures
  • Monitor and encourage team members to meet service standards
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns and escalations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and promote a positive work environment
  • Train new team members and engage with customers to understand their needs
  • Provide information based on ongoing learning and accurate product knowledge
  • Cultivate and retain a customer base through exceptional customer experiences
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Pre-employment Criminal Record Check
  • CannSell or Selling it Right Standard Certificate
  • Desire and ability to develop a positive in-depth understanding of cannabis
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar scope of role with sales and customer service experience in retail or hospitality
  • Ability to diplomatically and professionally interact with customers at all times
