  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis

  • Document and prioritize business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.

  • Create and manage project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, to ensure successful implementation of Dynamics GP modules.
  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to align project milestones with organizational objectives.
  • Systems Assessment
  • Review existing financial systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement via Dynamics GP.
  • Recommend new technology solutions that meet the organization's finance and accounting requirements, leading the vendor selection process.
  • Systems Integration
  • Work with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of Dynamics GP modules with current software and databases.
  • Partner with external vendors to implement and customize Dynamics GP.
  • Process Optimization
  • Evaluate current finance and accounting processes to identify areas for improvement and automation, ensuring Dynamics GP enhances efficiency.
  • Develop best practices and standard operating procedures for the implemented modules.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance

  • User Training and Support
  • Collaborate with the corporate trainer to develop training materials and assist in training sessions for finance staff on Dynamics GP.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users and troubleshoot system-related issues.
  • Data Migration and Security
  • Oversee the transition of financial data from legacy systems to Dynamics GP, ensuring data accuracy.

  • Reporting and Analytics
