About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welding Fabricator to join our team at Durose Manufacturing Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using various welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment and brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines to prepare metal for welding.
  • Fit, braze, and torch-straighten metal to ensure high-quality finishes and precise dimensions.
  • Start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor robotic welding production lines to optimize production efficiency.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a regular 44-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
