Welding Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Welding Fabricator to join our team at Durose Manufacturing Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using various welding and metalworking techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
- Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment to cut and shape metal.
- Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines to shape and form metal.
- Fabricate and assemble metal parts and products using welding and metalworking techniques.
- Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
- Work in a fast-paced production environment and meet productivity and quality standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in welding and metalworking.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
- Permanent full-time position.
