Greenlight Innovation is a leading company in fuel cell testing and manufacturing equipment. We are working closely with our customers to develop the next generation of hydrogen fuel cell and electrolyser technology.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Manufacturing Technician to join our team for a temporary 6-month term. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and installing electro-mechanical components, compression fittings, and threaded fittings. They will also build and repair mechanical aspects of test stations, conduct leak and pressure tests, and prepare equipment for shipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and install electro-mechanical components, compression fittings, and threaded fittings.
  • Build and repair mechanical aspects of test stations.
  • Conduct leak and pressure tests, check quality, and check build for errors.
  • Prepare equipment for shipment.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Able to read mechanical drawings.
  • Experience in assembling mechanical components.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization skills, and attention to detail.
  • It is an asset to have experience in tubing and pipefitting skills, working with pressurized gases and fluids, assembly of automation equipment, electrical and electromechanical subassemblies, or electrical panel building.
Compensation:

$25 to $30 per hour depending on experience.
