The Wealth Management Associate Program is a 5-month salaried initiative designed to cultivate sales-oriented and entrepreneurial individuals aspiring to a career in credit-focused banking. The program emphasizes the development of essential credit underwriting and relationship management competencies.
Do you possess the skills and qualifications necessary for success in this role? We would be eager to collaborate with you if:
- You are completing an undergraduate or master's degree or have relevant work experience in client relationship building and financial advisory.
- You have undertaken a course of study that qualifies you for registration with the appropriate provincial securities commission to obtain a mutual funds sales license.
- You aim to establish a career as a personal banker.
- You are a curious, analytical thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys teamwork.
- You possess a sales-oriented and relationship-focused mindset.
- You can effectively influence, persuade, and build consensus, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You are adaptable and excel in fast-paced settings.
- You have strong organizational and time management abilities and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
