Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or supervisory role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a collaborative and supportive attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business or a related field.

Work Environment:

  • Work in a fast-paced production environment, with a focus on quality and safety.
  • May be required to work in a cool environment for prolonged periods (4 to 6 degrees Celsius).
  • May be required to wear cumbersome protective clothing or equipment during shift.
  • May be required to lift, carry, and/or handle heavy objects.
  • May be required to stand for extended periods of time while performing production work.
