Brandt Group of Companies is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to oversee inventory operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of stock levels and locations at our facilities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Integrated Materials Manager and will play a crucial role in supporting production planning and shipping functions related to inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive quarterly cycle count schedule for all inventory items.
  2. Coordinate and monitor the transfer of materials between various Brandt locations as required for production and setup teams.
  3. Provide assistance to production teams regarding any inventory discrepancies that may occur.
  4. Conduct the annual inventory assessment of all stock items.
  5. Process inventory adjustments in accordance with submitted adjustment requests.
  6. Identify and rectify any discrepancies related to found or missing inventory items.
  7. Perform month-end reconciliations and maintain organized filing of inventory records.
  8. Support the management of the annual inventory counting team.
  9. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to allocate materials to specific projects as necessary.
  10. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Integrated Materials Manager.
