About the Role:

The Assistant IT Manager will play a key role in the migration of our systems and services to the cloud, leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive innovation and excellence in our guest experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented IT professional to expand their skillset and contribute to the success of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our TCP/IP networks to ensure seamless connectivity and high-performance.
  • Provide expert support for Microsoft Windows and Office 365, ensuring seamless integration with our Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Lead project management and implementation of new technologies, driving innovation and excellence in our guest experience.
  • Offer exceptional helpdesk support to both staff and guests, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional IT certifications in TCP/IP networking or Windows (e.g., MCSE, CCNA) are advantageous.
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Successful candidates must possess the ability to work in Canada.
