Regulatory Governance Associate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Regulatory, Governance to join our Group Risk Management team. This role will be responsible for managing regulatory requests, developing forward-looking plans, and ensuring consistency in response and messaging.
Key Responsibilities- Project manage regulatory requests through the development of forward-looking plans to manage annual and ad hoc regulatory and/or agency requests for which GRM OR is accountable.
- Coordinate responses across ERR and business/functions, ensuring appropriate documentation is provided to satisfy regulatory requests.
- Work with and oversee the PM (as required) on the post-exam process to ensure execution of action plans to remediate MRA/issues.
- Responsible for ensuring appropriate engagement of stakeholders and owners to fully remediate MRAs/issues.
- Support internal processes as necessary, including the production of the team's reports.
- Support the execution of short and long-range projects affecting GRM OR or individual teams.
- Business (B. Comm, MBA, CFA)
- Project management experience
- Experience working in a technology function
- Maturity level and skill/judgment to be able to deal effectively with senior levels within RBC, operational risk groups throughout the organization
- Excellent presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Good impact and influence skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical (including qualitative analysis), research, and quantitative skills
- Strong research skills
- Ability to assimilate and interpret information covering a wide range of differing business areas
