Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Nailfits Studio Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the daily schedule of nail technicians to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Emergency Situations: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, handling them promptly and professionally.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in nail services, products, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of nail equipment, tools, and the salon environment.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress reports, providing regular updates to management and staff.
  • Staff Development: Train and mentor nail technicians in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, and a strong team player attitude.
  • Experience: Possess 1-7 months of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of nail salon operations and management.

Working Conditions: 35 hours per week, permanent position, English language, fast-paced environment.
