Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

Lavish Nail Spa Beacon Hill is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our nail salon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Supervise and Train: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, and ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Customer Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, and be the point of contact when handling emergency situations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, and a team player.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and ability to work in a team.
