We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Duct Stories Cleaning Services Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning activities of our staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Co-ordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a cleaning or related role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Our team works in a variety of settings, including commercial and industrial facilities. You will be required to work in a dusty and dirty environment, and may be exposed to odours.
