Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as required, such as painting, repair work, or equipment replacement.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Dependability, flexibility, and strong judgement.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The work site environment may include odours and dusty conditions.
Work SettingThis is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The work setting is a cleaning service company.
Personal SuitabilityThe ideal candidate will possess strong dependability, flexibility, and judgement skills. They will be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
