Compensation: $16.68/hour

Work Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts

  • Sunday to Tuesday: 6 PM - 6 AM
  • Monday to Wednesday: 6 AM - 6 PM
  • Wednesday to Friday: 6 PM - 6 AM
  • Thursday to Saturday: 6 AM - 6 PM

Role Overview:

  • Assemble customer orders by organizing crates and kegs of beer onto pallets for distribution.
  • Operate forklifts or pallet trucks to load and unload delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in transshipment areas.
  • Utilize the VoicePick system for efficient order preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in physical activities and manual labor, including standing for extended periods, walking, lifting, pushing, twisting, pulling, and bending.
  • Lift items weighing up to 80 lbs.
  • Climb ladders and staircases as necessary.
  • Work on potentially slippery surfaces.
  • Lift objects above shoulder height.
  • Operate motorized equipment safely.
  • Adapt to exposure to vibrations.
  • Comply with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, including safety shoes, glasses, caps, and hearing protection.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team across various shifts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong physical fitness to handle heavy loads (over 700 cases per shift).
  • Availability for night or evening shifts.
  • Minimum age of 16 years.
  • Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
