Position Overview:
Efficiently prepare customer orders by organizing crates and kegs of beer onto pallets. Operate forklifts or pallet trucks for loading and unloading delivery vehicles. Maintain cleanliness and organization in transshipment areas. Utilize the VoicePick system for order preparation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
Engage in physical tasks and manual labor, including prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, twisting, pulling, and bending. Lift objects weighing up to 80 lbs. Navigate ladders and staircases. Work on potentially slippery surfaces. Lift items above shoulder height. Operate motorized equipment safely. Manage exposure to vibrations. Adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, including safety shoes, glasses, caps, and hearing protection. Collaborate effectively within a team across various shifts (day, evening, and night).Required Qualifications:
Strong physical fitness to handle heavy loads (over 700 cases per shift). Availability for night or evening shifts. Minimum age of 16 years. Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.WHY WORK WITH LABATT:
