Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire Charlottetown. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and provide advice on merchandise, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of knowledge on our products, including bicycles, marine pleasure craft and supplies, and sports equipment and clothing.
  • Sales and Inventory: Assist in the display of merchandise, maintain sales records for inventory control, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
