Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welding Machine Operator Helper to join our team at SAMRA WELDING LTD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation of metal cleaning equipment, sorting metal sheets and parts, and performing various tasks to ensure the quality of our metal products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Metal Cleaning Equipment: Assist in the operation of metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale, and other materials from metal products.
  • Sort and Organize Materials: Sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal, and other materials to ensure efficient production.
  • Perform Grinding and Chipping Tasks: Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools.
  • Clean Work Areas: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Load and Unload Vehicles: Load and unload vehicles with metal products and materials.
  • Polish Metal Products: Polish metal products to a mirror finish.
  • Read and Interpret Work Orders: Read and interpret work orders to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
