Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welding Machine Operator Helper to join our team at SAMRA WELDING LTD. As a key member of our production team, you will assist in the operation of metal cleaning equipment, sort and prepare metal sheets and parts, and perform various tasks to ensure the quality of our metal products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale, and other materials from metal products.
  • Sort and prepare metal sheets and parts, scrap metal, and other materials for processing.
  • Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Load and unload vehicles as needed.
  • Polish metal products to a mirror finish.
  • Read and interpret work orders to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
