Network Engineer in Solution Test

Job DescriptionWe are seeking highly skilled Solution Test Engineers to join our team. As a Solution Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products through comprehensive testing of large, complex, and feature-rich end-to-end environments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Researching and developing test plans to ensure the quality of our products.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and expectations.
- Designing and implementing test environments to simulate real-world scenarios.
- Executing exhaustive test plans to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Communicating results and recommendations to stakeholders.
We are looking for individuals with a strong background in telecommunications, computer engineering, or computer networking, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a System Test or Solution Test role. Requirements- Masters degree in telecommunications, computer engineering, or computer networking.
- 3+ years of experience in a System Test or Solution Test role.
- Strong knowledge of layer 2 and layer 3 technologies, including IP forwarding, IP multicast, OSPF, BGP, VXLAN, MPLS, eVPN, ECMP, VRRP, STP, RSTP, MST, PVST+, Ethernet link aggregation, LACP, etc.
- Experience with Linux tools such as ping, traceroute, tcpdump, ifconfig, ip link, ip route, arp, /proc/net, /proc/sys/net, vmstat, netstat, ttcp, iperf, and strace.
- Some familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or TCL.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong drive to improve quality and curiosity to learn new technologies.
