What We're Looking For- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for speaking with customers from world-leading publishers to advertisers and agencies.
- A product sense with solid intuition and a track record of successful product launches and landings.
- Collaborative leadership skills with the ability to rally people across Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Sales and Services into a high-functioning delivery team.
- Technical curiosity with a love for figuring out complex systems and marketplaces.
- Data-centric mindset with the ability to make significant decisions based on real data.
- Working with commercial teams and customers to understand their needs and decide which ones to address.
- Creating product roadmaps to set both internal and external expectations about the products we'll bring to market.
- Using your best judgment to make the right decisions, even when the data is imperfect.
- Collaborating with Design, Engineering, Exchange Quality, Customer Service, and other technology teams to deliver high-quality products and features on time.
- Coordinating across numerous commercial and go-to-market stakeholders to ensure that products are launched correctly.
