Key Responsibilities:
  1. Allocate health care personnel to designated projects and initiatives.
  2. Facilitate the provision of health care services within the division.
  3. Oversee and manage daily operational activities.
  4. Assess and enhance daily operational performance.
  5. Develop and oversee budgetary plans and financial allocations.
  6. Organize and streamline daily operational workflows.
  7. Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure compliance with financial constraints.
  8. Create and enforce policies and procedures for effective health care service delivery.
  9. Recruit, train, supervise, and inspire staff members.
  10. Administer contracts and agreements.
  11. Design evaluation frameworks to assess health care service quality.
  12. Supervise data analysis and information management.
  13. Oversee the generation of reports.
  14. Coordinate the efforts of medical professionals, nursing staff, and other personnel.
  15. Engage with boards, senior management, and governmental representatives.
  16. Provide guidance to patients regarding health care options.
  17. Negotiate service provision agreements with clients.
  18. Direct and assess departments that create and implement communication strategies and informational programs.
  19. Represent the organization or appoint delegates for negotiations and official engagements.
  20. Assist in the collection and monitoring of service usage data.
  21. Plan and oversee the development of departmental budgets.
  22. Consult with clients to determine the overall design, graphic elements, and content of communication materials.
  23. Collaborate with other health care professionals to review treatment strategies.

Experience Requirements:
