Position Overview

Incomatic Accounting Inc. is seeking a dedicated Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth accounting operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Candidates should have between 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques.
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Post journal entries accurately.
  • Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
Work Environment
