Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at APNA CONSTRUCTION INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of construction workers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish, including preparing production reports, estimating costs, and requisitioning materials.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and stakeholders.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Foster effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction, with a strong background in project management, supervision, and team leadership.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
