Your Key Responsibilities
  • Surpass both internal and external customer expectations by fostering strong relationships and providing customer-focused solutions.
  • Implement pharmacy initiatives and product introductions to enhance patient service standards, boost sales, manage labor, monitor profit margins, and minimize losses.
  • Act in the best interest of patients to facilitate and support patient-centered care through professional practices and collaborative delivery of company programs.
  • Promote a positive, patient-centric culture and experience, ensuring product availability and high customer service standards while developing and tracking business plans to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Engage actively in all areas of Fusion to guarantee seamless patient and facility experiences, ensuring consistency across pharmacy locations.
  • Serve as an ambassador for company values, championing all diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Oversee the selection, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning processes for pharmacy staff.
  • Foster and maintain strong team dynamics in a supportive and motivating work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, processes, and procedures within the department.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Must hold a valid Pharmacist license in good standing within the province.
  • Certification in Injection and First Aid.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
  • Experience with Kroll software is preferred.
