We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team at Bright 3 Construction Ltd. as a Drywall Helper. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities- Loading and Unloading Materials: Assist in the loading and unloading of construction materials, including drywall, lumber, and other building supplies.
- Assisting in Framing and Construction: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
- Cleaning and Piling Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials, ensuring that the work site is kept tidy and organized.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work, including repairing and replacing damaged materials.
This role requires the ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including hot and dusty environments. You will also be required to work at heights and in underground areas.
Requirements- Physical Demands: This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Schedule: The successful candidate will be required to work a regular 32-40 hour week, with overtime required as needed.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
