Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Renewal Specialist to join our team at 10102 HUB Intl Canada West ULC (Prairies). As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients on all personal renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Review renewal files to ensure clients have the best insurance solution for their location
- Apply superior client relations and promote exceptional company image
- Identify client needs and educate clients on other available insurance products
Requirements
- Level 2 Insurance License and working towards a CAIB designation
- 2-5 years of sales and customer service experience in an insurance environment
- Friendly, outgoing personality with great interpersonal and client service skills
- Ability to successfully up sell and cross sell insurance products
- Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems
