We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Chan Contracting Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinate the activities of the HR department, and evaluate daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and ordering office supplies.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics and ensuring smooth execution.
  • HR Support: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, and coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
