Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wireless Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. You will actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities, provide ongoing training and coaching, and develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to Wireless Sales Representatives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives
  • Ensure the highest level of service is provided to all customers
  • Oversee inventory levels and implement a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover
  • Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Adhere to store level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labour costs, and financial performance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
