Join Our Team as an Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Ricki's and Bootlegger. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day store operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve customer experience
  • Coach and train sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and store maintenance
  • Partner with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong visual merchandising skills and ability to drive sales through fashion consciousness and commerciality
  • Excellent sales skills and commitment to ensuring amazing customer experiences
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds)
  • Flexible availability, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
